Here is the thing nobody tells you that the losses teach you more than the wins do. A winning trade confirms what you already believed. A losing one forces you to find out what you actually got wrong.
I have spent years meditating and it has been one of the greatest influences on the way I invest. It has helped me stay calm enough to face losses objectively. Meditation does not eliminate losses. It simply allows me to accept them for what they are, learn from them with a clear mind, and move on without letting emotions dictate the next investment decision.
