I have been meeting some interesting people lately. Not all of them are the right fit. A couple of them are.
What I am looking for is simple. Natural communicators. People who enjoy prospecting, building relationships, and opening doors, not because a motivational poster told them to, but because that is genuinely how they operate.
The division of labor is straightforward. You focus on people. My team and I handle the research, the models, the analysis, and everything else that keeps the engine from making worrying noises. You do not need to pretend to love Excel. We have people for that, and they seem to enjoy it, which is a relief for everyone.
What is on offer is a team that has your back, a process that works, and something genuinely worth building. Yes, we share the business profit. The momentum is real, quietly energizing, without the need for a hype reel. We expect some good people to come onboard soon.
