Lately, I have been meeting people who could be a great fit for our growing team especially those who would much rather spend their time engaging with people than wrestling with spreadsheets or staring at market charts all day.
In short, I’m looking for natural communicators. People who enjoy prospecting, building relationships, and opening doors without needing to pretend they love Excel formulas.
The idea is simple. You focus on winning hearts and starting conversations. My team and I take care of the technical side, the research, the models, and all the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps things running smoothly. It is a win-win!
