Transcendental meditation or TM is a technique that I have regularly done over all these years because it is so simple, and effective, and the experience of doing it is so enjoyable. I feel sorry for some people who go looking for an effective meditation technique and have to shift through all the land mines of misinformation and accusation for something as innocent and effective as TM.
So what are the commonly cited benefits of TM? There are many benefits of TM backed by science. Of course the effectiveness and experience of meditation can vary from person to person.
